Baptist Health Hardin is looking for a dedicated Environmental Services Technician. This full-time position involves executing daily cleaning duties, ensuring a hygienic care environment, and participating in special cleaning projects.

The successful candidate must adhere to hospital policies, maintain cleanliness, and work flexible hours, including every other weekend. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and safety of patients in our facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service, Hospitality, and/or Environmental Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely turnover of patient rooms.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Technician to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily duties to establish a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing care environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely room turnovers, cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms and support areas, and participating in additional cleaning projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will adhere to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
