Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services professional to assist the Shift Manager in coordinating all activities within the department across Harris Health System facilities.

The role involves engaging with staff to clean and maintain areas, handling multiple tasks, and ensuring assigned areas run smoothly under supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment

Qualifications

• Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School diploma or GED.
• Work Experience: Five (5) years related field experience.
• Management Experience: Two (2) years project/team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Manager in the management of all activities of the Environmental Services department.
• Willing to work with the employees by engaging in cleaning and/or maintaining all areas of Harris Health System facilities.
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
• Will oversee, train, and take responsibility for assigned area(s).
• Direct report to Shift Manager.
