Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services EVS Supervisor for the Austin/Round Rock clinical locations. The role focuses on leading facility operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, and delivering client satisfaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will develop and lead teams, manage budgets, and drive revenue through efficient operations while aligning with Aramark’s service standards and client expectations. This position is on-site at BSWH Austin/Round Rock Clinics.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 3 years of experience with up to 2 years in a management role.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Model leadership behaviors and ensure safety, quality and service excellence.
• Identify top talent and develop team members.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operations.
• Build client rapport and manage relationships.
• Communicate progress and apply the STAR selling model when interacting with clients.
• Support new business and retention activities.
• Manage revenue and budget, including labor, supply and inventory.
• Maintain P&L statements and meet financial targets.
• Eliminate manual reports and optimize operational processes.
• Analyze performance metrics and margins to drive improvements.
