Job summary

Aramark in Round Rock, TX is seeking an EVS Worker to maintain cleanliness of patient areas and common spaces while meeting client and patient satisfaction. You will follow safety procedures, sanitize rooms, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, waste disposal, operating housekeeping equipment, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting a positive customer service attitude toward patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms and common areas; may include vacuuming, dusting, bed making, and waste disposal.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains friendly, efficient customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers.
• Secures the facility and ensures building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
