Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, CA, is seeking an experienced Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and service quality across the medical center.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in EVS, transportation, or hospitality within a healthcare setting; flu vaccination is required; and schedule flexibility including every other weekend and holidays.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Environmental Services (EVS), transportation, or hospitality.
• Flu vaccination required during flu season; exemptions and declinations are not accepted.
• Must have schedule flexibility, including every other weekend and holiday availability.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and adjust staffing based on operational needs.
• Supervise staff performance, attendance, training, and productivity.
• Conduct daily facility rounds to ensure cleanliness, service quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate special projects and respond to customer and departmental requests.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, carts, supplies, and work areas.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, OSHA, CMS, CDPH, Joint Commission, and hospital safety standards.
• Promote a safe and professional working environment.
