Lemontree Healthcare is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to lead the EVS team at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, LA. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, residents, and staff with a 7:00am-3:30pm schedule, Monday-Friday plus weekends.

Responsibilities include coordinating housekeeping operations, training staff, inspecting facilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or vocational degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping/environmental services, preferably healthcare.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and report generation.

This role ensures a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our patients, residents, staff, and visitors by overseeing housekeeping operations and maintaining compliance with infection control, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Job Type: Full-time Location: Glenwood Regional Medical Center Schedule: Monday-Friday and weekends Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, floor care, and waste disposal.
