Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Environmental Service Supervisor for the 2nd shift at Olean General Hospital in Olean, NY. The role oversees Environmental Services staff, enforces standards, and trains team members while maintaining a clean and safe hospital environment.

The position requires leadership, 1+ year in janitorial/housekeeping, and post-offer screenings. The schedule is 3:00p–11:30p, Monday–Friday, at a rate of $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Leadership or Manager experience is highly desired.
• 1+ years of experience in the janitorial/housekeeping industry required.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supervision of the Environmental Services Department under the Director.
• Establish and enforce work standards in conjunction with the Department Director.
• Monitor inventory/equipment usage; supervise staff training.
• Ensure staff receive proper initial training in assigned areas and tasks.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to maximize performance.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly environment.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture, values and management philosophy.
