Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, adapting to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and corridors, following safety and sanitation standards.
• Inspect and select appropriate cleaning techniques based on guidelines.
• Use housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies as needed.
• Handle waste and bio-hazardous materials with universal precautions.
• Keep cleaning carts stocked, labeled, and in good condition.
• Maintain professional conduct and foster positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Support departmental productivity and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to training and professional development requirements.

Note: This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
