Churchill Downs Incorporated, in partnership with Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Florence, KY, is seeking an Environmental Services Lead Attendant to oversee EVS shift operations and maintain high cleanliness standards across gaming floor, offices, and public areas.

The role alternates between Lead and Attendant duties; requires 21+ years old and the ability to obtain KY Gaming License; experience with inspections, supplies, and guest service; strong professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain KY Gaming License
• Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Lead: Assist EVS Supervisors with maintaining cleanliness standards and serve as primary contact for shift team.
• Lead: Review daily inspection feedback with EVS Leadership and manage supplies/inventory.
• Lead: Ensure staff are trained for assigned tasks and conduct daily area inspections.
• Attendant: Sweep, sanitize, and clean floors, restrooms, and touch points; respond to guest requests.
• Attendant: Clean carpets, vents, windows, and interior surfaces; handle trash.
• Attendant: Operate electric-powered equipment and report repairs or deep cleaning needs.

Education

Able to obtain KY Gaming License
