THE JOB:
As an EVS Porter, you create a clean and welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring public areas are spotless and inviting. Your attention to detail enhances their experience, leaving a lasting impression beyond their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.95

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics, exceeding guest expectations.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces.

Operate professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment to uphold a polished and pristine environment.

Safely contain and clean biohazardous materials, following proper procedures to ensure a sanitary and secure space.

Respond promptly to guest and team member requests, ensuring a positive and accommodating experience.

Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials to maintain service efficiency.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Can follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Take pride in their work and remain self-motivated to meet high cleanliness standards.

Have previous experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members

Is a ble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
