Job description

Starting pay: $16.50 USD

JOB SUMMARY

Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but are not limited to the following)

• Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators, as well as vacuuming all floors.
• Responsible for cleaning public areas, TMDR, hallways, casino floor, and any other requested areas.
• Exemplify our core values, family-style service, our mission, and vision.
• Promote our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Experience operating vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, buffers, ladders, dumpsters, floor scrubbers, and hand tools.
• Able to safely use chemicals and personal protective equipment for cleaning.
• Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive or confined environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• May be exposed to smoking environments, moderate noise, and bright lights.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must provide excellent service to internal/external guests, possess excellent communication and observation skills, and maintain an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment. Schedule flexibility is necessary, which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
