Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to lead facility accounts and ensure objectives and client expectations are met. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and service excellence across teams and operations.

You will drive planning, team development, and performance against P&L targets while embracing Aramark processes and tools to optimize margins and deliver value to clients in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Build revenue and manage budget including labor, supply and inventory costs.
• Oversee and deliver P&L targets and financial performance.
• Adopt Aramark processes and eliminate unnecessary reports.
• Monitor performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends to improve margins.
• Create value through efficient operations and cost control.
