Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager for the evening shift to lead housekeeping teams within a hospital setting. You will direct operational needs, coordinate front-line staff, and liaise between administration and hospital departments to deliver high service levels.

The role requires supervisory experience in a healthcare or service environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing setting.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and procedures for housekeeping staff.
• Plans staffing schedules to ensure adequate service levels.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training of associates.
• Orients and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and plans.
• Staff education and training; coordination with departments.
