Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection; interview candidates as needed.
• Assign personnel to work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage inventory/equipment usage.
• Ensure proper orientation and ongoing training of staff.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff.
• Impose disciplinary actions per guidelines; document investigations.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environments.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture and management philosophy.
• Lead to meet performance plans.
