Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to lead facility account operations and ensure client objectives are met. You will model leadership behaviors, drive safety and service excellence, and develop talents within the team.

The role requires 3+ years in a leadership capacity and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Expect responsibilities including budget management, P&L oversight, and improving operational margins.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years' experience and up to 2 years in a management role.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and standing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Model leadership and ensure safety, quality and service excellence.
• Identify and engage top talent and develop team members.
• Plan and lead team management meetings.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Establish and maintain client rapport for a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Communicate operational progress and client needs; deliver value through efficient operations.
• Assist with planning and information as standard selling model (STAR) is applied with client interactions.
• Facilitate and support new business and retention activities.
• Build revenue and manage budget with controls for labor, supply, and inventory.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and deliver financial targets.
• Embrace Aramark processes and systems and educate teams on margins.
• Understand performance metrics and educate teams on levers to improve margins.
• Create value through cost controls and profit management.
