HHS is seeking a friendly, compassionate housekeeping leader to direct all Environmental Service Programs across shifts at the University of Minnesota Health Clinics. You will lead a team to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients and staff.

The role requires management experience and a flexible schedule. Opportunities for promotion exist within a growing, private family-owned company with strong DEI values and career development.

Location: University of Minnesota Health Clinics Pay Rate: Salary - Salary Plan, 65,000.00 USD Annual Work Shift: Based on facility's needs (United States of America) Job Description We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our housekeeping team! Direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs throughout the duration of the shift. Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect
