Responsibilities

• Direct and assist the Director of Environmental Services in overseeing housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate tasks of Operations Managers and liaise between administration and hospital departments.
• Establish standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and manage schedules and budgets.
• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise staff; conduct regular inspections and inventories.
• Assist with budget preparation and resource planning.
