Hill Crest Behavioral Health is an acute care, 194 bed inpatient psychiatric facility located in Birmingham, AL, providing mental health services for adolescents and adults.

Qualifications

We train you to be the best, but there are a few minimum requirements for this position:

  • HS Diploma / GED required (Must be able to supply proof of graduation)
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • The ability to read/understand and implement written and oral instructions.
  • Knowledge in routine maintenance and complete floor care (buff, strip, wax) at a health care facility.
  • Ability to measure the proper solutions as related to the specific task.
  • Ability to operate the floor machine, auto scrubber, vacuum, extraction equipment, solvents, washer, and dryer, lawn mowers, other gardening equipment and any other equipment necessary to perform the assigned task.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs as necessary.
