Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Technician to support hospital cleanliness and infection control. The role focuses on floor care, room cleaning, waste handling, and maintaining secure medication areas as applicable.

You will perform restroom and patient room cleaning following room-specific protocols, use PPE correctly, and follow UV light safety procedures. Training on hazardous waste handling will be provided.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Cleans floors and rooms following steps, assists in spill cleanup and waste handling.
• Cleans restrooms and patient rooms per protocol, uses PPE, and follows infection prevention guidelines.
• Supports waste management, proper liners, and safe transport of waste per guidelines.
