Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services EVS Dispatcher- HUP supervisor in Philadelphia to lead facility accounts, ensure safety and service excellence, and drive budget and performance targets.

The role requires 3+ years in a supervisory capacity and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. It involves coordinating teams, maintaining sanitation standards, and delivering client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years’ experience and up to 2 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended standing. PPE usage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Model leadership behaviors and ensure safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and customers.
• Reward and recognize employees; identify top talent and develop team members.
• Plan and lead team management meetings.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across operations.
• Establish and maintain client rapport for a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Communicate operational progress and identify client needs; apply STAR selling model when interacting with clients.
• Support new business development and retention activities.
• Build revenue and manage budgets including labor, supply and inventory costs.
• Ensure P&L statements are completed and maintained; deliver financial targets.
• Adopt Aramark processes, reduce custom/manual reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics, data, orders and inventory trends to improve margins.
• Create value through efficient operations and cost controls.
