Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for all shift activities.

• Manage supplies and inventory needs.
• Perform rounds to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Handle fielding cleaning requests and dispatch resources.
• Oversee bed board and Epic sign-in and pagers usage.
• Coach employees on assignments and performance.
• Demonstrate commitment to outstanding customer service.
