Job summary

Metz Environmental Services is seeking an EVS Cleaner to join our team in Erie area. You will perform floor care, trash removal, restroom cleaning and deep cleaning tasks, and support the Metz EVS QA program while upholding safety standards.

Starting pay is $16.50/hr with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, PTO, and a Daily Pay option. Background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Safety toe shoes required for this position.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in EVS or janitorial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly working environment focusing on safety and health.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by management.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping/janitorial equipment.
• Responsible for daily tasks of the Metz EVS QA program.
• Follow storage and disposal procedures for items.
• Report maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with the security of company assets.
• Reduce likelihood of significant disruption of services at the facility.
• Perform tasks as assigned by direct manager.

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, running floor sweeper)
• Pulling trash
• Restroom cleaning
• Deep cleaning projects throughout facility
• All other duties assigned by General Manager or Client

Starting pay: $16.50/hr

Location: Parker LORD (Erie, PA)

Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00pm-1:30am
