Job summary

Beau Rivage, part of MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking an EVS Casino Porter to maintain cleanliness in the casino and public areas. The role contributes to guest experiences and WOW moments, with a starting rate of $15.55 per hour and a swing shift from 4 pm to 12 am.

You will sweep, dust, vacuum, empty trash, and report equipment issues, while replenishing supplies and assisting guests as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and remove all wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from floor.
• Cleans and dusts slot machines, including areas between machines, doors, and woodwork.
• Remove scuffmarks and drink spills.
• Clean up biohazard areas.
• Cleans slot chairs, polishes their bases, and then returns chairs to proper position.
• Vacuum s entirely assigned stations, moving chairs and other objects to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Removes trash, replaces missing ashtrays, and wipes out and cleans all ashtrays and trash cans.
• Ensure all equipment is returned to the department and all malfunctioning equipment is reported.
• Replenish supplies when necessary.
• Responds to and resolves guest challenges in a timely manner and creatively solves problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
