Job summary

Northfield Park Racino is seeking an EVS Attendant responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service and exceed guest expectations.

This role requires at least 6 months of experience in general cleaning or customer-facing environments. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. An ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain a professional appearance is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in general cleaning or customer-facing roles is required.
• General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance adhering to company standards.

The EVS Attendant is responsible for performing cleaning duties, as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor, throughout the property.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service and exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas.

Performs other job-related duties as requested.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED - Preferred

Work Experience

6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience General cleaning or customer-facing experience - Required

Additional Requirements

General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment - Preferred
