Job Summary:

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas to ensure a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment in accordance with performance and safety standards.

Shifts Available:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Keep public and back-of-house areas free of debris, including glasses, bottles, cans, and paper.
• Clean and sanitize back-of-house and public areas as directed.
• Remove trash from all receptacles, replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in restrooms.
• Clean floor and wall tiles, polish metal surfaces, vacuum carpets.
• Dust, polish, and clean all casino areas, including slot machines, elevators, and foyers.
• Report shortages of supplies and refill chemical stations.
• Clean glass, mirrors, and windows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid gaming license/registration as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Hazardous Material/MSDS procedures and OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication and courtesy with patrons.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses.

Physical Requirements:

• Visual, auditory, and manual dexterity; ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, or kneeling.
• Ability to work in environments with noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.
