Job summary

Methodist Hospital Northeast is seeking an EVS Associate (PRN) to maintain the cleanliness of patient care and administrative areas in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will prepare Environmental Service carts, perform cleaning tasks, and ensure infection control practices are followed throughout the facility.

The role requires reading, speaking, and understanding English, and prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient care areas, administrative areas, and other facilities as assigned.
• Prepare Environmental Service carts for the assigned area.
• Spot clean, dust, sweep, mop floors, and clean fixtures and rooms.
• Remove soiled linens and change beds with clean linens.
• Assist in cleaning of emergencies spills or as requested.
• Apply infection control practices and isolation techniques.
