Job summary

Bronson Battle Creek Hospital is seeking an EVS Associate for the 2nd shift (PRN) to maintain cleanliness and infection control across the facility. You will clean patient rooms, public areas, and clinical spaces while following safety guidelines and hospital procedures.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and reliable communication with staff. Prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus; training is provided, and benefits start on day one where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
  • Must communicate in English (verbal and written) at or above 8th grade level.
  • Positive attitude with interpersonal skills and time management.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize patient rooms, public areas, surgical areas, and other spaces as assigned.
  • Stock supplies and keep equipment clean and in working order.
  • Follow safety and infection control guidelines to ensure hospital is clean and safe.
  • Provide excellent service to hospital staff and patients.
  • Work with Environmental Services Manager to ensure tasks meet high standards.
