This role focuses on leading the environmental services team and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering high-quality resident care experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations of the environmental services team.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and supplies inventory.
• Conduct training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety, and infection control.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies and PPE usage.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
