Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join the housekeeping team at Christus St. Michael Hospital. You will help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal, while guiding a goal-oriented department to achieve operational targets.

No prior housekeeping experience is required, only a willingness to learn. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, collaborate with leadership to meet budget and compliance goals, and grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheets.
