Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join our hospital housekeeping team in Batavia, NY. You will help lead a goal-oriented department to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients. No housekeeping experience is required, just a willingness to learn.

You will lead training, scheduling, and development of team members, perform daily inspections, and coach staff. Collaborate with leadership to meet goals, analyze data, and ensure budget and regulatory compliance
