Job summary

Evo is offering a summer internship in Yakima, WA, inviting you to learn practical sales skills through hands-on, client-facing roles. You will meet homeowners, present options, and guide the full sales cycle with support from a dedicated trainer.

The program runs May 7–August 11, 2027, with in-person work, daily coaching, and incentives. Relocation assistance is provided and equipment such as an iPad is supplied for the season.

We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
