Job summary

Evo is offering a seasonal internship in Santa Cruz, CA, running May 7 to August 11, 2027. You will conduct in-person outreach to homeowners, present service options, and own the full sales cycle with daily coaching and weekly skills training. Relocation assistance and equipment are provided.

Team competitions and performance incentives are part of the program, with pay ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 per month for the summer internship, in person at the Santa Cruz location.

Job Summary

More than half of college graduates begin their careers in a sales or client-facing role, yet fewer than 150 universities in the country offer a sales program. Employers say the same thing every year: the skill new graduates lack most is communication.

Evo’s summer internship is built to close that gap. School teaches principles and book work. We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall - how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision. Consider it a minor in sales, earned in a single summer.
