Job summary

Evo's summer internship program in Baytown, TX invites you to develop real sales skills in the field. You will engage homeowners in person, present service options, and take ownership of the complete sales cycle from first contact to close.

You’ll participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training, with relocation assistance and equipment provided to help you succeed throughout the season.

Employers say the same thing every year: the skill new graduates lack most is communication.Evo’s summer internship is built to close that gap. School teaches principles and book work. We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
