EVMS Central Finance Manager / Lvl 5 / FT Telework

This position involves serving as an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing EVMS activities for Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), and overseeing surveillance activities for EVMS DFARS programs. The team ensures EVMS implementation and compliance to support business growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Manage all EVM activities for MFC and oversee surveillance activities for EVMS DFARS programs.
• Coordinate with government agencies, program teams, and support personnel to ensure EVMS compliance.
• Collaborate with the Central Finance EVMS Senior Manager to maintain EVMS compliance.
• Provide oversight for EVMS surveillance reviews with DCMA and internal sites.
• Support special projects, participate in finance councils, facilitate training, and support committees.
• Lead a team of EVMS practitioners and tool experts to ensure effective implementation and compliance.
• Analyze and resolve EVMS issues, and develop process improvements.

Qualifications & Preferences

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Earned Value Management, industry recognition as an SME in EVM standards (EIA 748-C), and experience in aerospace or defense industries. Experience with EVM system implementation, data analytics, and training is preferred.
