• High school diploma or equivalent with three years of general office/clerical/administrative support experience.
• Detailed knowledge of university policies, procedures, and infrastructure.
• Excellent English grammar, punctuation and spelling; strong report writing.
• Proficient in office software, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property/Evidence and Records Administrative Unit within the Police Department.
• Store, audit, maintain chain of custody, purge, and catalog police evidence and property.
• Coordinate the department fleet vehicle program and manage department equipment.
• Apply laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accreditation standards and regulations are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing CSUF PD.
