Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for data analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews, facilitated sessions, and questionnaires with system owners, program offices, technical leads, and end users.
• Capture detailed information on frequency and purpose of system use, user populations served, and stakeholder communities.
• Document operational context including mission dependencies, business criticality, and surge vs. steady-state usage patterns.
• Elicit information about pain points, workarounds, manual processes, and barriers to adoption or modernization.
• Build rapport with stakeholders to gather candid insights about system performance, usability, and improvement needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, prepare discussion guides, and facilitate productive discovery conversations.
