Qualifications

• Three years of clerical or record-keeping work experience or 45 college credits, or a combination.

Responsabilités

• Receives evidence and maintains proper care, custody, control, and safekeeping.
• Verifies submitters' information, including name, agency, billing entity, contact, and case number.
• Logs evidence and assigns case/exhibit numbers; securely stores and tracks items.
• Coordinates with submitting agencies and courts; answers routine inquiries.
• Maintains detailed records and supports audits with quality control procedures.
