Job summary

Gateway School District is seeking a Special Education teacher for the second semester of the 2026-27 school year. This is a half-year contracted position, which will receive all benefits under the collective bargaining agreement between Gateway School District and the Gateway Education Association (GEA).

The anticipated start date will be 1/11/2026, and the contracted position will end on 6/2/2026, with benefit coverage ending 8/30/2027.

Qualifications

• PA certification requirements for Special Education (N-12, PK-12, PK-8, or MH/PH K-12).
• Certifications must be current and valid in Pennsylvania.

• Act 34 PA State Criminal History
