Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager who supports the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and restaurant performance on every shift. You’ll act as the “Every Shift” leader on the floor, supervise crew members, and help maintain smooth operations during busy periods.

The position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and requires a high school education or GED and a valid driver’s license.
