Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction on every shift. You will lead by example, supervise team members, and maintain service standards during your shift.

The role requires a motivated, service-oriented individual with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, reporting to the Assistant Manager or General Manager.

Formación

• High school education or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift.
• They supervise restaurant employees and act as the “Every Shift” leader.
• Reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager.
