EverCommerce, a globally distributed team, is seeking a Software Developer-II to focus on the Invoice Simple brand. You will design, implement, test, and ship software across React Native and web, collaborating with senior engineers on scalable solutions.

Requirements include 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and a willingness to grow within a collaborative team. Remote work is supported within Canada; travel to Denver may be required occasionally.

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer-IIwith3+ years of experience anda strong foundationin programming and a desire to grow and learn within a collaborative team. You will support the design, implementation, and testing of software solutions, working closely with experienced developers who will provide guidance and mentorship.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Familiarity with React and/or React Native frameworks and a basic understanding of the Node.js ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building mobile applications, preferably for iOS or Android, using the Typescript/React Native stack.
• Basic knowledge of mobile app development from ideation to publishing.
• Exposure to tools like Firebase, push notifications, and familiarity with basic SQL queries.
• Comfortable using version control systems, such as Git and GitHub.
• Curious, data-driven, and willing to ask questions to grow and learn.
• Foundational knowledge of data structures and software design principles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you are close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 CAD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all distinct labor markets in the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
