What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting, onboarding support, training, and other consulting services autonomously
  • Provide outbound call support and on-site guidance on industry best practices related to improveit 360 software
  • Jointly plan, manage, and execute the configuration and delivery of improveit 360 software with customers
  • Document a complete understanding of customer product features, issues, and forthcoming enhancements
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for improveit 360 software, collaborating with customers and internal resources
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce administration, including the creation of standard and custom objects and fields
  • 6+ months in a Salesforce.com administrator (or similar) role
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field
  • Salesforce admin certification
  • Experience in B2C, SaaS, or SMB markets
  • Proven record designing, building, and optimizing features for SaaS products
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry or similar businesses
