EverHealth - Head of Payments (Remote, US)

Role Overview

EverHealth is seeking an experienced payments leader to define and execute the vision and strategy for payments. As Head of Payments, you will manage the P&L for EverHealth payments, develop the payments strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payment Strategy & Operations:
    • Develop a strategic roadmap to increase payment penetration, focusing on revenue growth and payment utilization.
    • Manage payment products, features, and integrations, ensuring seamless platform operation.
    • Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and improve payment funnel conversion rates.
    • Implement risk management strategies against fraud and financial risks.
    • Stay updated on emerging payment technologies and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
    • Report on payment performance metrics to leadership.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Design and execute GTM strategies for payment solutions.
    • Build partnerships with payment processors and negotiate contracts.
    • Support sales efforts by articulating the value of payment offerings.
  3. Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing.
    • Serve as the primary contact for payment-related stakeholder engagement.
    • Recruit, mentor, and foster a culture of innovation within the payments team.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in relevant roles, including SaaS payments and P&L management of over $5M annual revenue.
  • Experience in scaled PE-backed companies and SMB payments ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge of payment technologies, fraud, risk, and compliance.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.

Location & Benefits

Compensation

Target salary: $180,000 - $200,000 USD plus variable components, based on experience and location.
