Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work with the EverHealth Marketing Team. EverHealth offers 11 solutions in EHR, Practice Management, and Patient Communication, simplifying healthcare providers' workflows and enhancing the patient experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Partner teams to develop campaign strategies for EverHealth.
  2. Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to execute growth initiatives aligned with our strategy.
    • Ensure campaigns target the right personas and value propositions.
    • Create impactful content to drive inbound conversions and engagement.
    • Optimize channels for performance across the customer journey.
  3. Manage campaign calendar, briefs, kickoff calls, and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution.
  4. Design and measure lead nurture campaigns to improve performance metrics.
  5. Analyze data to optimize marketing spend and meet KPIs.
  6. Report on marketing plans, campaign results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on marketing best practices and tools for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B sectors.
  • Healthcare marketing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of content, digital, product marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, Salesforce, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Location & Benefits

Compensation

Target salary ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
