We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to focus on EverHealth. The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for building and strengthening our partner ecosystem across the EverHealth portfolio, including but not limited to Updox and CollaborateMD. The role involves identifying, engaging, and managing key partnerships to drive growth within channel relationships. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new partners, coordinating partner enablement and training, driving sales and revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing) to meet strategic and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. New Channel Partner Recruitment: Research and recruit new partners, conduct discovery and qualification, negotiate contracts, and close deals with marketplace, reseller, value-added reseller, and OEM partners.
  2. Channel Partner Enablement: Post-contract, deliver partner sales training, provide marketing and sales resources, support onboarding, and refresh enablement annually using a train-the-trainer model.
  3. Channel Partner Account Management: Develop relationships with top-tier partners, serve as main contact, conduct regular meetings, and ensure partner satisfaction. Support troubleshooting and support resolution for Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues.
  4. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, develop joint business plans, and achieve sales targets.
  5. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the partner network and increase partner-driven revenue, including onboarding new partners.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  7. Reporting: Prepare reports on partner performance, sales results, and forecasts. Track and analyze key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Customer Support: Work with support teams to address issues, ensuring a seamless partner and customer experience.
  9. Partner Billing/Finance: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure proper billing, prevent revenue leakage, and ensure timely invoice collection.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Strong background in channel sales within Healthcare SaaS, EHR, partner enablement, and relationship management.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities.
  • Skilled negotiator for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactive in addressing partner needs and resolving conflicts.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare market, EHR systems, and customer pain points.

Location: Remote in the US, with up to 25% travel. The team is distributed globally, and the role can be based anywhere in the US, with options for in-office or remote work. Must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Willingness to travel to Denver, Colorado, or other locations as needed.

Compensation: The target base salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year, including variable OTE. Final offers depend on location, market, experience, and expertise.
