Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in New York to bolster store operations and deliver exceptional service. You will assist customers at the cash wrap, maintain an inviting sales floor, and help move products from receipt to sale.
As a brand ambassador, you will support social media engagement, stock organization, and merchandising updates while ensuring accurate cash handling and compliance with store policies. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong English communication.

The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency. It demands direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing customers, leaving a lasting impression through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well‑maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from the moment of receipt through the point of sale, is essential to this role.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
$15.00–$21.75 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
