Job summary

JW Affinity IT designs, implements, and supports identity and access management solutions for district users, applications, devices, and privileged accounts. You will engineer authentication, authorization, federation, lifecycle automation, access governance, MFA, SSO, and monitoring across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires a BS in IT/cybersecurity or related field, 5–7 years in systems/security with 3+ years IAM, and strong knowledge of Entra ID/AD, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of systems/security engineering with at least 3+ years in IAM.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID/Active Directory, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, SSO, RBAC, identity governance, and automated provisioning.
• Scripting and API integration experience; security, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Designs, implements, and supports identity and access management solutions for district users, applications, devices, and privileged accounts. Engineers authentication, authorization, federation, lifecycle automation, access governance, multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and monitoring across on-premises and cloud environments.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience

· 5–7 years of systems/security engineering experience, including 3+ years in IAM

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory or comparable platforms, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, SSO, RBAC, privileged access, identity governance, and automated provisioning

· Scripting and API integration experience

· Strong security, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Relevant Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or security certification preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
