Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team with bartending and service staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
• Collect payment for drinks, and balance bank and cash drops accurately within guidelines.
• Follow ServSafe Alcohol guidelines to prevent over-service and stop service as needed.
• Maintain and clean the work area by following opening and closing checklists.

Qualifications

This position may be suitable if:
