The Lansing School District is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director to support our athletic programs across 25 school buildings in Lansing, MI. This role collaborates with school administrators to recruit coaches, develop staff, and coordinate athletic events.

Qualifications

• K-12 athletic coaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all home athletic events
• Recruit and manage operations staff for home athletic competitions
• Hire and coordinate officials
• Act as ticket manager for home athletic events
• Act as host for visiting teams, press, and families
• Arrange athletic schedules in coordination with school administration
• Other duties as assigned to support the district's mission and vision

Minimum Requirements

• K-12 athletic coaching experience
