Franchise SEO Manager

Our solutions include business management software, payment acceptance, marketing technology, and customer engagement tools, primarily for Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Fitness & Wellness industries.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior SEO Manager to oversee franchise SEO strategies, ensuring maximum visibility for national brands and franchise locations. This role involves integrating AI tools like GPT-4, managing technical and local SEO, content strategies, and digital PR for multi-location businesses.

The ideal candidate has franchise SEO experience, leadership skills, and a passion for scaling SEO strategies across multiple locations. Responsibilities include managing a team, conducting audits, consulting with franchisors and franchisees, and overseeing SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical SEO audits and manage site architecture and migrations.
• Develop franchise content strategies ensuring consistency across national and local pages.
• Consult with franchisors and franchisees to identify SEO opportunities and tailor strategies.
• Lead presentations and reports for stakeholders at national and corporate levels.
• Implement AI-driven SEO solutions to optimize content strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO professionals.
• Provide expertise in local SEO, GBP optimization, citations, and review management.
• Oversee link-building and digital PR strategies.
• Use analytics to create SEO reports and track performance across locations.

Skills & Experience:

• 6-10 years of SEO experience, including multi-location and local SEO.
• Expertise in technical SEO and scaling SEO for franchises.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of digital PR, link-building, and citation management.
• Experience with content audits and SEO performance tracking.
• Proven ability to lead SEO strategies for franchise businesses.

Location & Work Environment:

This role is remote within the US or Canada, with potential travel to Denver, Colorado, or other locations. The company supports distributed teams across various time zones.
